If you’re looking for great file sharing tools, Smallbiz Technology has you covered! They asked 14 experts what we use, and I was happy to share my experience with Copy. I’ve been using it for a few years, and it’s similar to Dropbox but with a lot more features. Even better, it costs about half of the better known file sharing systems. It’s also user-friendly, so even though there are more options to choose from, you don’t “have” to use them.

Some of my colleagues recommended Slack and Hightail, also great options. It depends on what you need from a file sharing system that will dictate what you’ll be recommending a few months from now! However, there’s one feature that everyone needs: Great security. Sharing files can be intimidating and even a little scary depending on what type of files are being “passed” around.

Of course, Google Drive is an old standby that’s still delivering great results. Try out a few to see which you prefer, and if there’s a fee associated check to see about trial options. A little shopping around now can make a big difference in the future.
