I appeared on WGN Radio’s Dane Neal broadcast to discuss the latest trends in wearable technology and the benefits of wearing these devices. As an ongoing trend that will continue into 2016, these devices are something to take with you throughout your day and evening to track your behaviors, helping to better understand how you sleep and how you move (or where you are not doing these things!).

For example, I use a FitBit that reminds me that I could be doing more. These devices start working as a coach that push you to do more. Even though you mentally know you should, it serves as a visual reminder to get moving, eat better, sleep more or take a break from work.

The radio show also included a discussion about New Year’s resolutions, a special effects guru who talked about his latest projects, and Chef Matt Holmes of Cafe Baba Reeba.
