Sleep Aid – Use mainly when traveling. Not my daily.

  • Melatonin – 1 pill 30-60 min before bed.
  • Unisom – Use this sparingly  (max 2x weekly) 30-60 min before bed

Daily Eating

  • OWYN Protein Shake – This is what I drink for breakfast each day. I can’t do dairy that much so these are great plant based protein.
  • Iconic Protein Drinks – I drink these 1x a week as it’s grass fed protein. Says it’s lactose free but it still goes through me.
  • Builders Protein Bars – These are NOT the healtiest nor clean ingredients. But in a pinch they work well for a quick meal replacement or large snack.

Healthy Snacks

We all need healthy snacks. I HAVE to snack or I binge bad. Here are a few of the healthy snacks that I eat. I find them all pretty clean. Keep in mind, eat them in moderation. I also am allergic to nuts so everything I eat is nut free.
