Have you ever wondered how some people seem to be featured and quoted everywhere? That’s no mistake! Marketing yourself (or having your PR representative do it for you) is an integral part of being a successful entrepreneur and business leader. Personal Branding Blog just asked me, along with 16 others, what the go-to strategy was for finding speaking engagements.

It ends up being a win-win for everyone.

Just remember that in many cases, if the event isn’t nearby, you won’t be comped for airfare and hotel stays. Still, that’s a simple tax write-off that your CPA will approve. For 16 more tips on how to snag those great speaking engagements, find out what my colleagues and peers had to say.
